All of the proceeds help Family Resources provide safety, support and resources for vulnerable and homeless and youth through our SafePlace2B teen shelters and Safe Connections Resource Center.
We challenge you to ride your bike 50 miles, anywhere and anytime between February 1-March 27. Share pictures of your ride on Instagram and Facebook using the hashtags #RideToInspire and #FamilyResourcesInc
On Thursday, March 26 we are throwing a party. Come help us celebrate 50 years of providing vital services to thousands of youth in crisis in our community. From 4-6 p.m. we will have an Open House celebration at our very first shelter (3821 5th Avenue North, St. Petersburg). We will also be welcoming Noah Ehlert to St. Petersburg after his two month bike ride across the country from San Diego to St. Petersburg. Come join us!
Noah Ehlert was an eleven year old kid when he spent time in our SafePlace2B youth shelter in St. Petersburg, FL. He credits the lessons learned there, coupled with the gift of a bike in saving his life...
Now he is riding his bike from San Diego to St. Petersburg, visiting teen shelters along the way to inspire youth to discover their own path to success.
Make it fun and invite your friends and family. You can do your 50 miles in one day or spread it out over multiple days. Whatever works for you.
Tag Family Resources' Facebook and Instagram @FamilyResourcesInc and use the hashtags #RIDETOINSPIRE and #FAMILYRESOURCESINC.
